- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Selected him for my dr in February 2016. Saw him once for a physical and recieved a letter from his practice march 7th 2017 saying I was removed from practice. Called in they said it was for no call no show on appointments. Never made another appointment with him after 1st visit.May 19, 2017by Timothy May
