- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been to this office twice; once for the intake and initial evaluation a week ago, and today. The staff seems fine, there was no wait time, the office seems clean enough. As a patient, however, I felt like an inanimate object on an assembly line after I got into the dentist's chair. The reason I'm taking the time to write this review is due to Dr. Brijesh Patel who, on both occasions, was rude, hurtful, dismissive, and acted like a robot instead of a human being when I asked him anything. I was left both days feeling like he didn't care at all about how I felt as a patient. Today, after I received the (painful) injection of numbing agent, he left the office to give the medicine time to work, and I had time to decide that this man was definitely not going to do any work in my mouth. He hurt me, and he did not care in the least. I removed the paper napkin from around my neck and walked out. There are plenty of caring, communicative and superior dentists in the area to choose from, and this Aspen Dental office, with this particular dentist, is definitely not one of them.July 26, 2017by Joy Maxfield
